No. AI Vura does not collect, store, or process any facial recognition data or biometric information from your images. While you may upload images containing faces, we only use them to generate the requested AI output. Your images are processed temporarily and are not used for facial analysis.

You can generate a video in several ways: enter a text prompt describing the video you want, upload an image and add a prompt to animate it, or choose from our library of video templates. Simply follow the on-screen instructions and let AI Vura create your video.

AI Vura supports common image formats including JPG, PNG, and HEIC for uploads. Generated videos are exported in MP4 format, which is compatible with most devices and social media platforms.

AI Vura offers subscription plans that unlock premium features and higher generation limits. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Since payments are processed through Apple's App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. You can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com and following the instructions. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

You can request account deletion by contacting us at ai-vura_feedback@outlook.com. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
