Welcome to AI Vura ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the AI Vura application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
AI Vura is an AI-powered creative platform that provides the following services:

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use AI Vura. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of the images, videos, and other content you upload or create using AI Vura ("User Content"). By uploading content to the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
You agree not to use the App to:
Content generated by AI Vura is created using artificial intelligence technology. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or unintended outputs.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content.
The App, including its design, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by AI Vura and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App without our prior written consent.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the App Store's terms. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your device's settings.
Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI VURA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Vura, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Vura operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
